Mini Patreon-page Update

Hello friendoes and friendettes; Super short update today.

First, updated the text over on a few of the rewards to make sure they're consistent with my current format (New endslate and all).

Second, I've updated the $10 and $30 tiers to not include the Patron-exclusive Skype group anymore. This is because it has essentially been replaced by the respective Discord server which not only serves the same purpose, but is fancier and has a better paint job, including public access and the such etc. (Also because Discord has Patreon integration, making my job much easier if what I've set up now works like it should. I think any of my patrons now automatically get their respective role if their account is linked with their Discord account. If not, I'm still figuring that out).

EDIT: It looks to me like to get that Discord-Patreon integration, you gotta link your Patreon to your Discord using this settings page:

Hopefully that works out!
