Added 3 new skils:
BondageFetish - achieved by wearing cuffs - shortens the time of loading shouts.
DenialFetish - chastity belt and chastity bra - great boost to magic and stamina.
BondageDoll - corset or harness, gloves, boots - full bondage with many bonuses including slowing down time during combat and a big bonus to armor - additional adds hood and catsuiut if is also vell trained.
