Changes for 7.0
- Resetting a session will no longer start a new session until combat
- Various fixes and improvements to session saving
- Will no longer write a session file if it is empty
- Should no longer have incorrect or 0001/01/01 dated log files written
- Fix a crash that could occur with certain system locales
- Update skills.csv
