What are the toolkits designed by BATUR3D?

💜 Answer: There are two 3D printable sets named BATUR3D Stick Toolkit and BATUR3D Block Toolkit.

It contains flexible backed tools of various sizes and types for sanding and polishing.

It contains templates for cutting sandpaper and foam in sizes suitable for every tool.

How is BATUR3D POLISHING™ working style and tool use?

💜 Answer: After the printing of the tools is completed, preliminary preparation is made.

Sanding tools are made flexible supported. Velcro is glued on the polishing tools.

Flexible support allows the sandpaper to take shape according to the part geometry.

The back of the sandpaper is covered with double-sided thin transfer tape.

Sandpaper of suitable sizes is cut with scissors from the template and this sandpaper is pasted on the tool.

The tool is ready for sanding.

It is rubbed on the piece by holding it by the handle and hand sanding is done in this way.

For polishing, the sponge is cut with a template. The sponge attaches to the velcro on the tool.

The tool is connected to the Dremel and machine polishing is done in this way.

Which devices are used in the application?

💜 Answer: Dremel 2050 is used for polishing.

Other than that, no other device is used.

💜 Answer: It works successfully on PLA, ABS, PET-G and all other filaments.

It can also be applied on resin prints.

💜 Answer: There are no restrictions for geometry.

In general, it can be applied to any geometry.

Of course, the ease and difficulty of application varies depending on the geometry.

How long does it take to complete the application?

While one product can be completed in 2 hours, another product can be completed in 18 hours.
