We found an abandoned ISP!

A few weeks ago we found an auction listing for general "electronics parts" and hiding in the low resolution photo was what looked like a US Robotics Total Control with modem cards. That led to this bizarre but entertaining journey to discover what we thought might be an ISP hiding in a dimly-light room.
