Sorry for the super late post this month! Been busy revamping inventory and website and putting stuff on sale. ; w ;

A few things to address before I go on!

My email assistant Rose is on leave to take care of some family. I've been handling emails and it's been a lot to say the least.

Some updates to answer questions; a few of you are still waiting for banners! I've forwarded the request to our printer in December to get them shipped to you straight from the warehouse. Unfortunately, there's been some delays due to supply shortage and the supply being stuck in transit by sea. Unfortunately, this will take a bit longer so if you want me to refund your banner, just please shoot me an email.

Another thing is that we are swapping to weight based parcel shipping costs. With the new drop of slippers, the weight and size of parcels will vary greatly so we need to ensure that all postage is covered. I've paid for shipping out of pocket before and it's been getting worse due to rising shipping costs. Hopefully the parcels won't cost as much and those that are buying smaller items don't have to pay a fee for say a medium parcel. :~)
