Progress Update - November

Hello All,

As we near the weekend, I thought I'd give an update on the work I've been doing over the past few weeks. Firstly, I've finished making all the images for 8 DAYS WITH THE DIVA and that's nice, but it's also the easy part. The most time-consuming job is the writing and the coding, so there's still a lot of work to do there before the game is complete.

Progress on STELLAR INCOGINTA is also going along on schedule with a decent buffer in case anything happens (knock on wood). I've been enjoying the mining colony branch quite a lot and some of the future story branches I'm making are giving me the same kind of vibe, and that's great. There are definitely some story paths I prefer over others but as the development goes on, I think I'm getting a better idea of what works (although they seem to be getting longer in terms of text and background music appears more often).

Finally, the fantasy project is also coming along as the third priority and I'm still designing the scenes and characters, but I've also started making test images and worked out how the introduction is going to play out. The introduction will be a little bit like a character generator and the choices you make will determine what kind of character you will play as for the body of the game. I intend to give people a choice of playing several different kinds of character types.
