Sorta Long-Winded Update
Added 2019-05-12 16:13:52 +0000 UTCI want to apologize for the lack of actual purpose behind my recent posts like I had planned. I had found out recently that I'm likely to lose my job in the near future and have been busy trying my damnedest to balance job searching with rapid-fire commissions, with money management (for the art of the characters that I need to get), and an ever-changing desire to work on different scenes and topics that come to mind.
To give an example, I've recently been listening to a lot of SCP listings and stories behind those listings and it's made me want to try my hand at horror. But, at the same time, I've been practicing transformation scenes (dragon transforming into a human, human transforming into a werewolf, human transforming into an angel, etc etc) for certain characters that I'll probably need it for in The Valtler Line. And on top of that, I've had urges to get back to other large stories that I've started like Project Summoner, Project Crown, and A Dragon's Choice. While having an urge to touch up and redo older stories of mine.
As you can see, my mind is a bit all over the place lately with all the shifts happening. And it doesn't help that I have a trip coming up in July where I'm going to DC for an anime convention and I'm having to save for that in the process. So, I think the smart thing to do is to take things slow. I've recently finished my commission batch and am taking a few days away from them to focus on other projects and just get a few days of rest.
After this post, I have another story scheduled to post that's along the same lines as Seeking A Goddess' Blessing and I'll be posting another actual fanfic afterward that I put together last night.
You're all pledged to support me and see the content that I'll produce. I think it's only fair I give an update about how things are going and why nothing is really going as planned for now. Hopefully, in the near future, things will come down and I can take a straightforward plan and run with it. But for now, I'm going to work on a few more fanfics for Patreon and go from there. Enjoy this short break I'm taking.
