dx11, patch 1.109, + other updates
Added 2024-09-24 18:17:45 +0000 UTChey everyone, hope you're all doing well! we've recently received another update for ts4 (patch 1.109) which now defaults our games into using dx11 instead of dx9. while you can still revert back to dx9 if you choose to, using dx11 may cause texture issues with some cc. (you can read more details about it here).
i haven't had the chance to update my game yet but i have been using dx11 since the previous patch which means all my cc should be fine to use! if you do happen to run into any issues, please let me know! (or if you're interested in fixing some items on your own, you can using the dx11 batch fix in sims4studio! just remember to back up your cc just to be safe.)
on another note, i've been working on wrapping up a few cc sets and putting together something special for spooky season. i really hope y'all will like it!
