Added 2021-01-01 12:58:26 +0000 UTCShould I Upscale 'The Five Doctors' to 4k. (It is currently available having been upscaled only to 1080p, using a lesser quality file as a source.)
It was also one of the first full length upscales completed, and much of the process has changed.
