On 10/29/2025 Ariana pleaded no contest to refusal to submit to testing and DUI with property damage, both first degree misdemeanors. She was adjudged guilty and sentenced to 12 months probation, 50 hours CS, 6 months DL suspension, DUI school, and given fines totaling $981. The second degree misdemeanor count of DUI was dropped. The charge of unknowingly operating while DL suspended/canceled/revoked was also dismissed. Ariana has a prior DUI arrest from 3/4/2023, but no records of that case can be found in the online court records.
