On 2/26/2025 the expired registration charge was dismissed. All of the other charges were closed as a "Bind Over". This refers to transferring a case or defendant to a higher court, in this case District Court, after a finding of probable cause. Ruby was arraigned in Albuquerque District Court on 3/10/2025 where she entered a plea of not guity. A trial date has not yet been set. A Pretrial Conference/Plea Hearing/Docket Call is scheduled for September 5, 2025.
