2025-05-18 00:31:06 +0000 UTCOn 8/10/2023 Ciara C. pleaded no contest to reckless driving, reduced from DUI 1st offense. She was given 12 months probation with 50 hours of community service. She was fined $1327, of which $1040 is still due. On 1/11/2024 she was found to be in violation of her probation (failed to notify Probation Officer of change of residence, failed to report in person to Probation Officer, failed to pay fines and court costs, failed to complete community service - 0 hours completed as of 1/2/2024, failed to enroll in DUI school) and a warrant was issued. On 1/28/2024 she was caught by red light camera failing to stop at a steady red light. For this she was fined $284, none of which has yet been paid. On 6/25/2024 she was evicted by her landlord for past due rent.
