Also, from the arrest report: "I transported Olivia to the Monroe County Detention Facility. Olivia stated she would not supply me with a breath sample. I read Olivia implied consent. Olivia stated she was confused and requested to read the implied consent. Olivia then stated she understood implied consent and she still wished to refuse. After reading implied consent Olivia made an excited utterance: 'I would give a breath test if I didn‘t drink my shift drink after work.'"
