2025-04-29 01:22:56 +0000 UTCOn 10/31/2024 Michelle P. pleaded guilty to reckless driving, reduced from DUI 1st offense. She was also charged for driving in the wrong direction on a one-way roadway, but this charge was dismissed. She was granted probation and fined a total of $947. She was later found to be in violation of probation (Probationer failed to refrain from consuming alcohol as ordered by Judge, failed to complete 75 hours of community service, failed to enroll in substance abuse treatment, failed to immobilize vehicle for a period of 10 days or provide proof thereof) and on 3/26/2025 a warrant for her arrest was served. On 4/17/2025 she was placed back on probation. The terms of her probation are not listed in the on-line court records.
