Police Report:
On June 16, 2024, at 1856 hours, I, Officer [Redacted] with the [Redacted] Police Department, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in front of [Redacted] Street, [Redacted], Florida.

I originally observed the vehicle near the intersection of [Redacted] and [Redacted] and noticed it had illegal window tint. It also matched the description of a vehicle that had previously fled from officers. The description of that vehicle included specific details that matched this vehicle.

I conducted the traffic stop in my marked patrol vehicle near the entrance of [Redacted]. While my blue lights were activated and the vehicle was still moving, I observed the passenger door open. The passenger exited the vehicle and attempted to flee into a nearby residence. I intercepted the individual after stepping into their path, and they surrendered. The person was placed under arrest.

The individual was arrested and transported to the county jail. Due to their aggressive behavior, I requested emergency response assistance for transport. All footage was captured on my department-issued body camera and in-car video.
