The defendant on the 19th day of November, 2022, at approximately 11:30 PM, did then and there drive or be in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the extent that her normal faculties were impaired. The defendant was stopped after being seen driving onto a crosswalk. The defendant was also seen drifting into the far right side of her lane, almost striking a police cruiser and other vehicles. The defendant exhibited bloodshot, watery eyes, a dazed and blank expression on her face, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, and she was unsteady on her feet.

The defendant exhibited further signs of impairment on the field sobriety tests.
