First and foremost, thank you! Without your support, we wouldn’t be where we are today, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you. We also want to take a moment to acknowledge some recent feedback we’ve received and be completely transparent with you all. While most of you have expressed satisfaction with our content, we’ve heard from a few viewers who feel the quality has decreased. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we would love to hear more specific suggestions on how you think we can improve.

We’re always open to suggestions and would appreciate knowing how we can better meet your expectations.

If you know of any high-quality, exclusive footage that hasn’t been posted elsewhere, feel free to let us know! We’re always open to acquiring new cases based on your recommendations.

We also want to clear up a few things. Our main goal is to bring you exclusive content, and the vast majority of the footage we share is not available anywhere else. (Sometimes, we request footage at the same time as other channels, which is why you might see some cases posted on YouTube.)

Booking and jail footage are actually exempt in most states, which makes it incredibly difficult to obtain. We only get access to it occasionally, and when we do, we’re eager to share it with you.

We’ve also recently increased the frequency of posting entire cases every other day, instead of breaking them into parts like we used to. This change was made to provide you with more complete content on a regular basis.

It’s also important to understand that obtaining footage can be both challenging and costly. Most cases cost well over $60 in request fees, and much of the funding goes toward covering these costs and compensating our editors. This is also why we don’t post all our content on YouTube — we want to ensure our supporters here get exclusive value.
