This is the most laid back DUI arrest I have ever seen! The arrestee dancing while in handcuffs, a party of friends gathering to hug and kiss her before she heads off for a period of time shorter than when the separate to go home and sleep at night. The LEOS being so lax about everyone going in and out of property and Allison just skipping all over the place. It was crazy.
