So my apartment owner just sold his apartment and now heโs demanding that I need to move out before November 1st ๐ญ๐ญ

Iโm really sorry for that happening too. If you also have the time I would recommend looking into the laws surrounding your eviction cause Iโm pretty sure in a ton of states they have to give at least 15-30 days notice and your landlord might be trying to do an accelerated timeline deal illegally.
