Waterworld AU [Hankcon+Nines]

I feel like I've been drawing this for a hundred years and so many things happened in between.

I've been wanting to try this more spontaneous way of coloring, which is a bit similar to the threesome one. I really like how it came out so I might try more of these recently.

Waterworld is a very old movie (1995). I always liked it when I was a kid (although it seems to have a bad reputation XD). The worldview and storyline can be found here.

In the worldview of Waterworld, Hank would be the "Mariner", a mutant with gills behind his ears. Connor would be Nines' guardian, and Nines would be a child born in the drylands, with a tattoo on his back that is said to be a map to the drylands. And the two of them are being hunted for it. Although in the movie, the female lead and the little girl are quite powerless in close combat and the male lead is like nearly invincible. But for me, Connor and Nines are no way near powerless or weak. They would both have very high level combat skill but for some reason have to hide it or something LOL. Maybe Nines can't swim just like the little girl in the movie, too. I think that'd be kinda cute.

These few screenshots were used as reference material, the female lead's clothes are a little weird to use directly on Connor, so I changed a lot. After all, forced to live on the surface of the sea, basically everyone wears tattered patchwork and rags etc.

This clip is the part that the female lead uses her body as a bargaining chip in order to persuade the male lead not to throw them off the boat. I think Connor would be very happy to do so. If they have the ability to take Hank's boat at the beginning but didn't kill him (LOL), the reason might  be (1) mutants have underwater combat ability and they can use that (2) Connor likes him XDD

There are several other scenes I like, such as the underwater kiss for oxygen, and the hug when the protagonist saved the little girl. I might draw them in another time. :)

感覺中間經歷了很多然後畫了一百年的水世界AU

昨天一口氣塗完色，這種較為隨興的油彩上色方式我一直很想試試，跟上一張3P有點類似，畫起來意外的自己很喜歡呢，最近應該會用這樣的方式多畫幾張看看

水世界是部很老的電影了（1995年），我小時候一直很喜歡它（雖然它好像風評不好XD），世界觀和劇情可以參考這邊 。

套用世界觀的話，漢克就是"水手"，耳後有腮的變種人。康納是奈恩的監護人，奈恩則是出生於旱地，背上有據說是通往旱地地圖刺青的小孩，兩人因此被各路追殺。雖然在電影中，女主和小女孩都戰力比較弱然後男主開外掛開個不停，但對我來說康納跟奈恩絕不會是那麼柔弱的角色，應該是武力值很高但為了某些原因而隱瞞著這樣（超隨便的設定）。或許奈恩跟電影中小女孩一樣也不會游泳，這種反差萌也不錯XD

這邊幾張截圖被我拿來當參考資料，女主的衣服其實很難拿去直接用在康納身上，我就自己改了不少。畢竟被迫在海面上生活，總之就是一個大家都穿著破爛拼布(???)的世界啦

這個影片是女主為了不要讓男主丟她們下船，用自己的身體當籌碼的橋段。我覺得康納應該滿樂意這麼做的，如果他們一開始就有能力奪下漢克的船但沒殺了漢克（恐怖），留下漢克的原因應該就是(1)多個人好辦事而且變種人有水下戰力(2)康納中意他吧XDD

其實另外還有幾個橋段像是，在水中男主為了給女主氧氣而親吻她（真．老梗），還有男主救到小女孩的時候的抱抱，也都滿想畫的，或許改天吧！
