New Tier ($6) and livestream reward cancellation announcement

First of all, thank you everyone for the support from April! I really really appreciate it!!! 💙

Let’s get right into the business then.

1) New $6 tier (NSFW+)

This tier is basically the same with the $5 tier aside from a bonus PNG package download reward. The $5 tier still remains the same. The reason for adding this tier is that, to be blunt, the fluctuation of US currency has been affecting my actual income.

When I first started my Patreon page, the exchange rate between New Taiwanese Dollar and US Dollar was 30:1, and I set up the NSFW tier based on NT$150 in mind, which was around US$5 at the time. However, the US dollar has been depreciating ever since, and now reaches 28:1, which means US$5 is about NT$140 at the moment. I know this problem is beyond our control so I’ll keep the $5 tier and remain all the rewards. (I also wish Patreon can just add TWD as a currency I can use so I won’t be double charged by them and the bank in Taiwan but that’ll be wishful thinking 😂)

All in all, I decided to add a $6 tier with a package download bonus. It’ll be much appreciated if you can consider upgrading your tier. But please don’t feel obligated to do so. I appreciate everyone’s support no matter what.

2) Livestream reward cancellation

I’ve been considering this for a while now. I know that most people couldn’t attend the livestream because of the time zone and working schedule etc. But it will probably remain that way since most of my patrons live in either Europe or America, whereas I live in Taiwan. I’ll probably still do livestream when the mood strikes, but it’ll be public instead of patron-exclusive.

Another reason is that as an exclusive reward, broadcasting my working process is a bit stressful for me. After considering the approximate number of patrons who are available and willing to attend the livestream and how it had worked as a reward, I decided to delete it. I want to say thank you to everyone who attended the livestream before, especially to those very few who always showed up. I really appreciate it. Thank you. 😭💖

I’ll still broadcast a livestream around the end of May, and it’ll be the last time I do it as a patron reward so...I’ll probably do something special, like using a microphone maybe?😂 I’m not sure yet.🤔 I’ll post the date and time once it’s decided!!

那我們就直接進入正題吧。

1) 新的6美元方案（NSFW+）

除了一個額外的PNG檔案打包下載之外，這個方案與5美元基本上是一樣的。增加這個方案的原因是，美元的貶值持續影響了我的實際收入。

當我剛開始經營Patreon時，新台幣和美元之間的匯率約是30:1，我在設置NSFW方案時，想的是150元新台幣，當時換算起來大約是5美元。但是，此後美元開始貶值，現在達到大約28:1，也就是5美元目前大約是140元新台幣。我知道這個問題是我們無法控制的，所以我將會保留5美元的方案，並維持所有的獎勵。(我也希望Patreon能加入新台幣作為可使用的貨幣，這樣我就不會被他們和玉山銀行重覆收取費用，但這當然只是異想天開而已XD)

總而言之，我決定增加一個6美元方案。如果您能考慮升級，我會非常感激。但請不要覺得有義務這樣做。不管您選擇的是哪個方案我都非常感謝大家的支持。

2）取消繪圖實況獎勵

這個問題我考慮好一段時間了。我知道大多數人因為時區和工作安排等原因無法參加實況。但這其實是個無解的問題，因為我住在台灣，而我的大多數贊助人都住在歐洲或美國。當然，看心情我可能還是會開公開的繪圖實況，但就不會是屬於贊助限定的了。

另一個原因是，作為一個贊助獎勵，播送我的繪圖過程對我來說是有點壓力的。考慮到有時間並願意參加實況的贊助人數，以及它作為一個獎勵的效果，我最後決定刪除它。我想對之前參加實況的所有人說聲謝謝，特別是那幾位每次都來參加實況的極少數人。我真的很感激。謝謝你們。

我仍然會在五月底左右開繪圖實況，這也是最後一次作為贊助人限定的實況，所以......可能會想點特別的，比如用麥克風跟大家說說話之類的？我還不確定XD 等確定了實況的日期和時間會再貼文告訴大家的！
