For our E-Book, we also updated this information. We now go more in-depth in what is what and why certain options are better than others. Above is a preview of the new article which has grown in size quite a bit.
Also, since I am working on the E-Book nearly full-time now, I can include whatever I want, so if you guys have any suggestions as what I should add; let me know.
