Good evening!

Look at that beautiful, convoluted mess of a timeline! I've been diligently working away all weekend, and as of right now, we're at just about 44 minutes deep into The Wizarding world of Frank Dux. 

So far, it covers Franks early life and his introduction to martial arts, part 2 is his military career, and part three is his secret agent shit. We're into endgame now, as its finally time to start writing about the KUMITE.

The scene you can see on screen here, I imagine will likely have to be scrubbed from the youtube version for being too damn HOT, but you will at least get to exprience it in all its glory in the uncensored version. I mean, did you know Frank was trained in the art of seduction by the CIA?? You better believe I had to make a too hot for TV version of the video to discuss that shit.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with it so far. I think if you're a Dux obsessive, you probably wont find anything you didn't already know in this telling of his story, but I at least hope I can tell it in an interesting way. 

Also, can I just take a second to say how fucking terrifying AI voices are? You all might remember the into to the CM Punk video, which opens with the quote from Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. A deep, eeeevil Vincent Price-ish voice. I thought that guys voice would be great for the intro to the KUMITE segment, and after feeding all 20 seconds or so of that intro into the elevenlabs AI voice generator, it created a knock off version so good you'd genuinely have a hard time telling it wasn't a real human. We have brought about our own destruction.

What else is going on?

Not much! I launched the Discord server this week and its been a wild ride. I was not prepared for the amount of work that went into getting that fucking thing set up. I lost about 2 days of editing trying to figure out how to set it up properly. But overall its been fun, most people are well behaved and just there to talk about MMA or videogames or whatever and thankfully few instance sof someone being a dickhead. Big shoutout to the peeps who agreed to be mods for it. I cant promise I'll be on there too much, as again it does take away from writing/editing time, but I've been dropping by most days to chat for a bit.

What movie did i watch this weekend?

While i negotiate the terms of our Fast & Furious marathon (i.e, what ill owe her for making her sit through all 10 F&F movies), we watched Tim Burtons Batman from 1989. I love this version of Batman. He doesn't give a FUCK. Just straight murders Jokers goons left and right. And Jack Nicholson > Heath Ledger. There, I said it.
