As is tradition now, we start with a photo of one of my cats 😀
WHATS UP PATRONS, ITS YA BOI NAPOLEON
Okay, enough of that shit 😆 First off, a massive thank you to all of you again, whether you joined in the last week or so (as there were a fair few people who joined after the re-release of CM Punk and the 50K special), or if you've been here since day 1 (and there are a few of you guys too, you know who you are, you beautiful bastards). Thank you all.
So as usual, after the release of a big video, I just wanted to chat about what's going on, and what's next for the channel. I had obviously meant to do this closer to the release of the CM Punk video, but all the shenanigans with the video being blocked, meant I've spent the last week or so in a state of near constant rage, or at very least, near constant annoyance. It also led to the 50K subscriber special video, which as we all know now, was a bit of a fuckin' wild one.
As I said in the video itself, the idea had been to just do an Amorous Adventures review, you can even take a look at some of the work in progress script I had done here if you really feel like it:

Maybe I'll finish it off for a 100k special or something, but probably not. I am so sick of that god damn "book" 😂
Other than that, the 50k special was surprisingly enjoyable to make, despite the driving factor in it's creation being, pure unbridled, pissed off-ness. Getting to do fake Raid Shadow Legend adverts and cringe youtuber speak was actually kinda cathartic.
But anyway, fuck it. What's done is done, and its on to the next.
So 2 things coming up, first is that I just finished writing a small (5 minute) segment as part of a collaboration with fellow YT'er Mixed Martial Academic. It's his video, he asked me to be a part of it, and as he is a pretty cool person who makes great, passionate content, I said I'd love to help out. He gave me a barebones draft of a script and I re-wrote it as I would a script for my own video. No idea when he'll have the finished product out, but keep an eye out for that one!
Secondly, the next video is pretty much confirmed to be a Rise and Fall of The Ultimate Fighter video. How the UFC's reality TV show went from saviour of the company to almost a complete irrelevance, and a profile of some of the bigger names from the early seasons. TUF was something I used to absolutely love, TUF 10 with Rampage and Rashad is one of my favourite pieces of MMA content ever made, so to see the show go down the path of complete irrelevance is something that genuinely makes me kinda sad nowadays.
The good news is I already have a whopping FORTY SECONDS of the intro created that I may or may not scrap! Now I just have to watch 30 seasons of TUF, write the script, and all that stuff and it'll be done in no time at all, I'm sure!
I haven't had much down time since wrapping the Punk video, as I moved straight on to the 50k video, and then the re-edits and re-upload of Punk. So it's been fairly non stop lately. But there's a videogame about being a Stray Cat in a cyberpunk city coming out this week that I'm dying to play, so once I've had a go of that, the research/writing will begin in earnest!
Anyway, thank you all again for sticking with me. I genuinely think it says a lot about how amazing you guys are that a premiere for a re-upload of a video could still pull in 500 people, and get almost 20K views in 4 days. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you guys are the absolute best community I could ask for.
Take care and Just Bleed,
Nap
EDIT
oh shit! I almost completely forgot, Fake Martial Arts just hit TWO FUCKING MILLION VIEWS. That is insane to me. I still cant quite wrap my head around it!

Robert the biracial angel Whittaker has been on the pound for pound list for 4 years now and still remains on the list to this day even without being a champion I think Usmans better but Whittaker is a close second and levels above all the other contestants by far as well. I think overall TUF losers have maybe had less fighters become champs but the ones that do were normally way better than the TUF champs IE Rose and TJ.

2022-07-21 10:22:24 +0000 UTCYeah pretty much has to be Usman! He’s the most dominant TUF champion and the best fighter to come off the show too. Trying to think of other champs from TUF, Griffin, Rashad were good but nowhere near Usman. Bisping and Peña were ehhh… lucky champs?? I guess Peña could potentially go on to have a dominant run, but I wouldn’t bet on it until we see how the rematch goes. Serra was another champ that was kinda blessed with one lucky win and that was it. Good fighters all of them, but def think Usman is a level above all of them
