Here's the basic gist; wildifres in canada have caused massive amounts of smoke to come down over where I live. An atmosphere of smoke and dust is not ideal for recording, but in order to stay at a decent temperature I have to keep my windows open for airflow. Yesterday's chapter of Change would, if you were paying careful attentio, displayed some of the effects this is having on my voice. Scratchier than usual by a significant amount.
So until the smokescreen diserses and things clear up, I am going to avoid recording. Gonna rest my voice and just try to keep cool. August is already the hottest month in my area and this smoke is only making it worse. I'm without a shirt, three fans going on full blast, all my windows open and I am STILL sweating buckets.
Not fun.
Hopefully I can get back into things on the 7th. Until then, though, there isn't much I can do.
