I have decided to make some changes in the way I record and edit my videos. In particular, I'm trying to organise my time better, and I guess polish some of the rough edges I have going on.
One of them being the big projects. As fun as it is to tackle something huge, that kind of videos that require too much work off camera, end up being way too long to edit. Not only that, but I barely have time to interact with the rest of the server when ever I don't leave my base for 2 weeks straight.
Moving forward, I want to tackle smaller projects, and divide the big ones in several segments instead. With that I hope to be able to record and edit the SMP videos in 2 to 3 days, while being able to interact with you all a lot more, and showcase you all on the videos a lot more too.
On the same level, I'm looking to upload one extra video on Tuesdays that will mainly be tutorials or challenges. Those should take me a day to make, and I'm getting the hand of it. Those tutorials and standalone videos are also good content to make shorts off them, and these I expect to be able to upload them on the weekends.
I hope that the new way I'm organising myself, and the new way I'm going to be editing and recording my videos, it allows me to produce a lot more content, and more importantly, to focus on the editing part of it, which is what I have the most fun with.
Season 3 News
There are still several months until the new Season arrives, but I have been able to gather a few people to help me with it, and for the time being, we are mostly working on custom mods and features for the server. I hope to be able to keep working on it during the weekends, and next Saturday I expect to create a new instance for Fabric 1.20 to start testing out some stuff.
I'm honestly quite hyped for some of the features that we are working on, and I really hope that we are really able to pull them off, but for the time being, let's try to keep the good work!
I will leave you all with a little spoiler of the new series that I'm working on, which the first video will be released tomorrow.
