I tried several times before ice cream with olive oil. Super oishi. Saw a program on tv about a Californian vineyard which make and sells olive oil ice cream and red wine ice cream. I used vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some oil with that. I recommended anyone to try this type of ice creams.
