Naruto: Check out these scenes #30

After absorbing his tale, Sakura sighed with a mix of relief and disbelief. “So it was you who confessed first, Naruto… I honestly didn’t see that coming.” The irony was palpable; this was the same guy she often poked fun at for his bluntness. Now, the brave confession had come from him, not Hinata.
Her brow furrowed as she added, “You once said you liked me, but that was just to compete with Sasuke, right? You didn’t want to lose to him.”
Naruto paused, the weight of her words settling in. Confusion flickered in his eyes before he nodded slowly. “Yeah, I guess you’re right… Back then, I was just a kid—a fox demon rejected by the villagers—while Sasuke was the ultimate superstar. I honestly thought that if a girl liked me, maybe I could outshine him just a little.”
As he reflected on this, the memories poured in. But as he grew older, his perception transformed; he was no longer the naive boy who had once simply wanted acceptance. When Sakura had made that awkward, misguided confession a few years back, he had known it wasn’t genuine.
Sakura’s voice softened. “But this time… it’s different. Hinata is genuinely a wonderful person. It’s a shame she feels she doesn’t deserve you.”
“But it’s over. Hinata chose Toneri.” His voice bore the weight of heartbreak.
A bittersweet smile crept across Sakura's face. “You know, you’re such an idiot! There’s clearly something you’re not admitting.”
“But…”
"If a woman truly loves someone, she won’t easily be swayed or deterred. Trust me, I understand this all too well," Sakura remarked, lost in thought about Sasuke.
She remembered her own unwavering feelings, having liked Sasuke for over a decade. From a naive girl to a mature woman, her heart remained steadfast despite the years.
[Uchiha Sarada: Mom’s really got a way with words.]
[Uchiha Sakura: Haha, don’t get too carried away!]
[Uzumaki Boruto: No wonder I could never piece it together: how could my dad, a straight talker, end up with my gentle, virtuous mom? Now I realize it’s all thanks to Aunt Sakura!]
[Uzumaki Naruto: Wait, what do you mean by that?]
[Kushina: Oh, it’s probably my fault Minato and I didn’t stick around long enough to teach Naruto. Looks like he didn’t inherit Minato’s charm at all!]
[Namikaze Minato: But I think Naruto’s gentleness speaks volumes.]
[Kushina: True, but it hurts that such a good person like Hinata has loved this blockhead for years.]
[Uzumaki Naruto: Mom, seriously, why are you both... ]
[Uzumaki Hinata: It’s okay, Mom. Naruto is going to be fine!]
[Jiraiya: That’s great to hear! Looks like Naruto's finally waking up to the truth.]
“Hinata,” Naruto murmured, his heart racing as a realization bloomed. “Even though I might be thick-headed, I get it now! When you chose to side with Toneri, you gave me that scarf from the depths of your heart. Your feelings are like the threads of that scarf—woven deeply, not to be easily untangled.”
After a moment of silence, Naruto pieced together everything Sakura said. He had been so foolish, believing that Hinata’s feelings weren’t real when she had clearly shown her affection by giving him the scarf.
“Wait for me! You’ve always cared for me like this. As a man, I have to make my feelings known!”
With determination igniting in his heart, Naruto stepped out of the cave and into the embrace of the sunlight he had long missed. He stretched out his right hand, forming a fist toward the radiant artificial sun above. “Hinata! I will definitely rescue you!”
Meanwhile, on the other side of Earth, a looming threat was taking shape. Meteorites rained down, and a colossal weapon emerged from the heart of the Hidden Cloud Village in the Land of Lightning.
This was a specially crafted weapon, the Chakra Cannon, designed specifically to counter the Susanoo eye technique—a daunting creation developed by Kumogakure. A full-power blast could seriously wound even a complete Susanoo form, like that of Uchiha Madara.
The Fourth Raikage gazed at the massive weapon as it assembled, a deep sigh escaping his lips. “Who’d have thought in times of peace, we’d still rely on something like this?”
Originally, this weapon had been constructed as a precaution against Sasuke, who had sought to annihilate the Five Kage and impose his own order upon the ninja world. But now, a different kind of storm was brewing.
He understood well that if the time for its use ever came, it would draw considerable attention from Susanoo.
[Script continues without jarring interruptions: prepare for Second Charge.]
“Everyone, listen up! The chakra cannon is ready!” commanded the Fourth Raikage. “Let’s start transferring chakra!”
With urgency, the gathered Jonin began channeling chakra into the cannon, the air tense with anticipation. Despite knowing they stood little chance against Sasuke, they had larger rocks to deal with: the impending meteorites. They needed to obliterate the moon to avert further disaster.
The energy counter on the cannon climbed steadily, and the Raikage directed, “Let’s use the diffusion cannon first to dismantle the extra meteorites!”
“Annihilate them! Send them flying!”
Killer Bee, manning the controls of the chakra cannon, added a rhythm of rap as he took aim at the sky.
On the screens, the targeting system instantly locked onto countless meteorites traversing the star rings above, and with a determined pull of the trigger, he unleashed a tremendous chakra beam.
Boom!
Chakra surged from the cannon, erupting in a blue light that surged into the sky. The impact birthed a powerful storm of energy, splitting the beam into multiplying strands that created an all-consuming tempest in the atmosphere.
With a series of deafening explosions, the sky erupted into splashes of red flame, a symphony of chaos as meteorites were incinerated in an instant. Within mere moments, a significant portion of the incoming threats were obliterated, illustrating the raw power behind the cannon.
[The Fourth Raikage: Haha, we’re still the strongest after all.]
[Uchiha Madara: It’s merely a glorified target, nothing to boast about.]
[Uchiha Sasuke: Powerful enough to wipe us out, but I could destroy Kumogakure before it even gets a chance to launch.]
[Third Raikage: Silly boy, that strength belongs to the future; what’s the point of being smug now?]
[The Fourth Raikage: ...My bad.]
“Cooling down the chakra cannon, prepare for the second charge!”
As the cannon settled from its first volley, steam and hot air billowed from the exhausted machinery, signaling the urgency of the fight to come.
