2021-03-05 17:26:13 +0000 UTCThis is brilliant news for residents with foreign passport in Japan. I wonder why not open to Japanese population as well. It would definitely boost travel through trains and more revenue for JR railways. Or is it to support domestic air travel, they don’t allow the benefits of rail pass to local citizens ?
