Japanese Spicy Citrus YUZU KOSHO Story

Comments

Your episode on yuzu kosho was special as there was a Kochi festival at Shinagawa Station and I bought 4 bottles to give to friends (one for myself). That was that last time I was in Japan. Thank you for your reporting. Can’t find anywhere else.

Quite a lot of work goes into it. It’s not super mass produced as you see, it feels more homemade by locals. Haha! PvG is funny.

Yuzu (the fruit) is sour, this does not have a sour taste. More salty. It’s perfectly balanced.

Great thumbnail. Thanks for the behind-the-scenes of thumbnail creation in the livestream.

Very labor intensive. Did pandemic close production factory at any point? How many workers are required to make one bottle? Enjoyed your PSing explained in “ birthday cake” episode!
