There’s a fancy hotel in the building, the view from the room would be nice, but the rooftop viewing is spectacular. During the warmer months you can do the edge walk and walk along the top edge of the building, but doubt cameras or any personal items can be taken up. Kanae could film you from the observation deck 😂 Cheers
