Happy REIWA 令和 A new period has begun in Japan 🇯🇵 I came to Japan in Heisei 10 and yesterday was Heisei 31! A lot has happened in that time. So much history passed — it was sad and happy and it felt like New Year but BIGGER when it happened. We in Japan didn’t just think about the last 365 days but the last 30 years and 116 days ... it was about our lives and a generation. Pretty deep. Good bye Heisei. Welcome Reiwa.
