I’m loving this new cooking livestream!!! Lovely to see kanae enjoying wagyu;) also love the wagyu cap, poster and packet tissue😆😂🤣😂🤣 John are you serious putting the poster in your bedroom?? I’d have a nightmare waking up with severe indigestion if I did although i’d love to the poster in the dining room... 👍👍👍🤩

2019-02-07 04:49:12 +0000 UTCGreat segment!! Also good to see that Kanae is feeling better! Japanese wagyu is way higher quality and taste than American wagyu. In addition, the local (LA) Japanese market hosts "Food Fairs" with products from different prefectures. Last month, "Wagyu from Japan" (from a company called, "Zen-Noh") was featured. It was $100 USD per pound (!) and tasted pretty good but not as good as the wagyu I've eaten in Japan. Your cooking made my mouth water! I'm not a big meat eater but Japanese wagyu is AMAZING!!! Super oishii!!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience!!!

2019-02-06 08:46:48 +0000 UTCAussie Beef sponsored some events with me to get beef to people in Tohoku after 3/2011. I remember they gave me a crate of 500g steaks! They were outstanding! The guy in charge in Japan gave me grape fed cattle beef once. It was unbelievable!
