Neputa Festival in Tokyo?

Totally unplanned stream from the streets of Asakusa. Kanae and Inwere walking back after visiting Mr Seiichi (97 year old grandfather) at the hospital when ... the Taiko drums and flutes were in earshot. Instantly, memories from AOMORI it me and yes — kind of the NEBUTA but Hirosaki’s version! I hope you enjoy it :) -John
It was a great stream. Thanks for showing us! :)

Woke up this morning to see this impromptu live stream replay. Wonderful. I love your enthusiasm, such as when you raced from point to point to catch up with the parade or when you would cry out, "YAYADO!" Also it was a pleasure to see Kanae with you; she is such a charming lady. I've seen the Neputa Festival several times in Los Angeles during Nisei Week, and it was magnificent. FYI in your description above you have two typos: one in your second sentence: Kanae and Inwere... and one in your third sentence: AOMORI it... I hope you don't mind my pointing this out.
