Ah, missed this one! 2otaku made me go to bed! after Jennifer's stream! I would guess many of the places closing down in the outer market are just moving. with the land price difference you would think as long as theirs space it would be cheaper to sell there old shops and get new ones. as for the ones that stay there property value is only going to go up and redevelopment happens so the prices might jump a bit as the feed the new Business's brought in by high rises, shopping centers and so on. well be vary interesting to watch the redevelopment that happens over such a integral part of Tokyo! thanks for the share! i know you will keep your eye on thing as they happen and ill keep my eye on you to see what happens! lol stay awesome my friend!
