Yummy! My mother used to cook sautéed swordfish with butter and black peppercorns at home... it’s super delicious! John is right, the texture is more like tuna, even meaty. Kara-age chicken is normally “mono-niku” = thighs of chicken ;) Thank you for all the live streams! I loved the stunning views and laid back locals... seems nature and human beings are well integrated, live together in harmony, so cool 😎 Have a safe journey back to ‘Jungle Tokyo’!
