2018-09-08 18:23:51 +0000 UTCI want to Point out that Its is not shark fin soup! its just processed shark burger most likely caught in nets it happens all the time using the whole fish just makes sense we not talking about sharks killed just for there fins like in china! This is japan not china thy use everything! sharks are not close to extinction a billion sharks roaming the waters of the Earth in more than 400 different species and there is a way of sustainable harvesting if managed properly as is done with other types of fish. it just china harvesting them for fins! that is causing problems! Shark fin is all cartilage so would never be used in a burger only in soup! whee it can be cooked for hours not fried!
