Although i think its better to use a software everyone is likely to have for video conferencing I think an Official "Only in Japan" discord channel is a good idea. I know a lot of people watch Only in Japan Go live streams just so they can talk to their friends in chat. A discord channel would be a good way to establish that community 24/7
