I'm heading to Aomori for a quick location shoot about maguro! 🍣 yup, I got a chance to catch them fresh in he sew between Honshu and Hokkaido so I had to go! I'll be doing at least 2 GO channel live streams up there as well. I'll be back on 8/8 to finish up the hitchhiking trailer and editing. Thanks everyone! John

Is this for a location shoot for the Only in Japan Channel or for NHK? Are you aware that "some" Maguro is flagged on the seafood watch list of sustainability to avoid by the Monterey Bay Aquarium (of which I am visiting later this month?) Can't wait to see this video of the creme de le creme of Maguro in Japan!
