Old saves not working with new update...

I'm hearing from a couple people that your old saves are not working with the latest update. As I'm progressing, I find myself having to go back and edit the previous version's code, which can cause errors if the current version calls for a variable that your old save doesn't know about. I'm so sorry that happens. I know how frustrating that can be. I'm trying to not go back and edit old code, but for some things it was necessary. I hope starting a new game and clicking through it again isn't too big of a deal for you guys.
