I follow a bunch of local cities' PD page in my area (the OC). One of them had a post about arresting this one guy for burglarizing this house and then went on to say he's had FIFTEEN prior arrests!!! Like what in the actual eff?! Why was he even out on the streets still!?! 🤦🏻♀️
