mmmm this is pretty sad, but its like youre talking about a country that doesn't have the same privilege's and human decency as the USA. i mean you can try and start activism in those places but youll be dead before you even try... some SAD shit though

my guess its a village jail and the execution was really unsactioned by the central government... they prolly cant control their country
