For example, someone putting an SA/rape trigger warning for possible victims when the content title doesn't obviously show that. It's not for people that feel uncomfy and get their feelings hurt on Reddit lmao. And there are people that are for trigger warnings that don't use them correctly either. For example, tagging things like "food tw" for people with eating disorders may not help in the run part if their process is normalizing food (some people need exposure to the source of their anxiety). Food doesn't give them panic the same way a horrific image may give to someone who experienced it. I love the extreme anti tw people who ironically need trigger warnings from trigger warnings and on the other end, people that are like, "tw words for people that can't read"
