Had a dream that was going to end up as a nightmare. It was the first time that I was completely aware that I was dreaming. I struggled to wake myself up as the feeling of fear and danger started to feel very real.

2021-08-01 16:31:40 +0000 UTCI would do second slumber when I had a lot of homework and studies during college. I would set an alarm to wake up after the first sleep, do some homework or study for around 30 - 45 minutes, and go back to sleep. It was a better alternative than pulling an all-nighter.
