Did anyone else feel like even tho Bart and Joe were being so generous to the staff and that by all means its such a good way to treat your loyal & hardworking staff and I stand by that. But at the same time does it/will it comes across a little condescending? Like if you ever messed up or let go and want to vent on a public platform you’d feel bad and ungrateful? I think it’s really great that they reward staff but I’m just thinking on a staff’s point of view in this situation how they would feel. What I kinda took from the podcast was David was pretty much saying tiff is being ungrateful for all they have done. Even though Tiff has no ill intent towards anyone she’s just standing up for herself and not wanting to be in their shadows anymore. She feels like her dismissal was not handled correctly but David is kinda painting it as if she is not being grateful for her beginnings. I know Bart & Joe only want the best for her and Casey and David was just trying to have Bart & Joe’s back but I feel his done a little more damage than good. This shit was about to blow over, I almost forgot about it. Or this is all click bait so they can all gain some views over this co they’re all friends even after all this drama.
