i did not realize the episodes were recut THIS heavily, redlic and latrice had like a full on FIGHT with redlic throwing hella racey stuff arnd, they end up making up by the end but they cut out like THE ENTIRE THING LIKE FULLY 30-45 MINS OF THE SHOW if not more was spent in the first 1-4 episodes about their fued

2024-10-25 23:35:36 +0000 UTCHiii, this is a lil late but about the freestyle song choice thing, I believe it's random but they also have lists of songs that the dancers can choose to possibly get. I think that's what I remember from the first season. But a lot of the dancers that have careers in battling have done it for years so they've known many songs, especially songs from genres that fit their dance style, and if it's a song they've never heard it just shows their strength in musicality. Sorry for the wordy response but I'm really enjoying your guys' reactions! <3
