Plenty of Asian superheroes in both Marvel and DC. Just needa dig deeper into the newer comics to know em. As for female superheroes, there are quite a few. Silk, aka Cindy Moon from the Spiderman series Yes, Jubilee is full Chinese, born to 2 rich Chinese parents. They were murdered and that's when she was sent to an orphanage, but ran away to fend for herself. There's also Wave, shes Filipina. Aero, Chinese hero. Also, don't forget about Ms Marvel, aka Kamala Khan. Shes of Pakistani descent. Theres also Hawaiian Goddess Pele. Tbh, Marvel is really milking this multicultural thing and the newer comics are filled with new heroes that represent different parts of the world and diversity. It's just the older generation, we dont know of them because it's too new and we grew up on the old Marvel. Jimmy Woo, who is geniusly played by Randall Park, is going to be the glue to the next wave of Asian superheroes, if the Marvel cinematic follows the comics accordingly. The Protectors is literally an all Asian hero group consisting of Jimmy, Jake Oh (another SHIELD agent), Ms Marvel, Silk, Shang Chi and who I'm most hyped about, the new Hulk, Brawn, aka Amadeus Cho. Hes super OP. So lots to look forward to.

There's the Aero comics and Silk comics for female asian superheroes, But none atm in the live action movies.

Hopefully it's better than Black Panther...I get the culture relevance and importance, but the movie was objectively bad.

The Ten Rings is an organization that was introduced already in the iron man movies when tony got kidnapped - you can see the ten rings logo in the background as well as hydra followers has that 10 rings logo tattooed. So Shang Chi has been relevant in the MCU. In the comics, Shang Chi initially gets recruited by Colleen Wing (Iron Fist) & Misty Knight (Daredevil) to go against Fisk. Then he gets recruited by Steve Rogers and Tony Stark in the Avengers then Shang Chi does eventually train Spider Man when he lost his spider-senses at some point.

Someone tell Steve that the reason they made the mandarin Shang-chi's dad is because the character's original dad was based a character that was racially problematic.... the 70s was exploiting the fuck out blacks and Asians in the worst ways back then.
