I’ve struggled with an eating disorder and I can see how for example getting some food and seeing for example advertisements for products that are “guilt free” and so on would definitely make me feel bad about my choice of eating something instead of not eating or eating something that would make me skinnier. This is definitely a very very overly strong reaction but I can definitely empathise with struggling to keep the urges to lose weight away because of the things you hear and see. She’s probably not doing well and just popped off this way, hopefully she gets help with dealing with it all
