I dont think the your credit card statement could verify time, but what blows my mind is that even thought Hertz "couldn't find it in their system" don't they have hard copies? Why do I feel like they make you sign 1000 ft long page to rent a car and not keep it for record? And even if they have to shred paper work after a while, would they really have the ahit of a system to not be able to find it??
